Due to evolving Government advice and to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, we have made changes to our services. These decisions have not been taken lightly and we are committed to maintaining the very best specialist palliative care to those living with a life limiting condition.
However long or short a child’s life may be, Jersey Hospice Care is there to support every member of the family, every step of the way – from initial diagnosis until they no longer need us.
Our Specialist Palliative Care team works across hospice, in the community and in the hospital, providing support, care, advice and complex symptom management.
The In Patient Unit offers facilities for short stay admission, typically for assessment, symptom management, respite and end of life care. Care is delivered by skilled and experienced nurses, working with other members of the multi-disciplinary team, to ensure a holistic approach to the care of patients and their families.
