Funeral Donations

If your loved one wishes to have donations to Hospice instead of having flowers, there are a number of ways this can be done

Sometimes funeral directors can help you with your wish to organise funeral donations, so do mention it to them.

All donations that are received at Hospice are recorded to the memory of the person who has passed away and are acknowledged with a personal thank you letter if an address is supplied.

Please remember, if you send in a donation that is over £50, and you are a Jersey tax payer, you can complete a Tax Rebate Form (R10), allowing us to claim an additional 25% back from Income Tax on top of your donation. We will send a form out to you or you can download the one from the foot of this page.
