We provide round the clock care on our In Patient Unit, where you can be looked after in a home away from home environment.
We take our obligations under data protection legislation very seriously and have robust controls in place to ensure safeguarding of your personal information. Jersey Hospice Care is the Controller in respect of your personal information, and is represented by the Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted by email. Jersey Hospice Care is looking for an Information Governance & Systems Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The postholder will work autonomously, taking responsibility for Jersey Hospice Care’s corporate governance framework, including compliance guidance and support, management of the policies and procedures register, risk management and information governance.
The postholder will also support IT systems and software, including assuming responsibility for the maintenance of access permissions across all digital assets of the organisation.

Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Nurse Care Coordinator to join our Living Well bank team.
The post holder will support work within a team of Senior Nurse Care Coordinators, working alongside the Specialist Palliative Care Team in the Community, Hospice and Hospital teams.
Working autonomously, the post holder will identify and support patients and their families, with a life limiting condition, for patients within the last 12 months of life. Operating within the Gold Standards Framework (GSF), the post holder will ensure that all identified holistic needs are coordinated, the focus is on supporting living well, whilst caring for people in their homes, or the hospital setting.

Jersey Hospice Care is looking for Bank Chefs to join the Kitchen Team on zero-hours contracts.
The postholder will assist the Head Chef and Chefs with all aspects relating to the efficient and effective catering operation at Jersey Hospice Care. They will also develop and deliver a food offering by providing a range of wholesome food that meet the patient needs, with special attention for highly vulnerable patients’ dietary requirements.
The ideal candidates will hold an NVQ 2 in food production and cooking or relevant catering qualifications, a current food hygiene certification minimum level 2 and have significant experience as a Chef or Sous chef.
