Coffee, Chat & Connect

Come along for a coffee and a chat at our Living Well Coffee Morning — everyone is welcome.

Whether you’re curious about what happens at Jersey Hospice Care, would like to meet some of our team, or simply fancy a friendly chat over a cup of coffee, we’d love to see you.

It’s a chance to come in, have a look around and discover more about hospice care and the support we offer to patients, families and carers.

Our Living Well approach is about helping people Move Well, Connect Well, Plan Well and Feel Well. This morning is an opportunity to connect with others, ask questions, find out what support is available and perhaps start conversations about planning for the future.
