At Jersey Hospice Care in Mont Cochon, we have one meeting room that is available to hire
The room is in our King Centre, with a separate entrance away from the main reception, and can hold up to 40 people. It is located directly above our Coffee Shop, which can be used as an additional break out area. Wheelchair access is available via a lift.
The room can be hired on a half day, full day or evening basis and there is plenty of free parking available. Tables and seating can be arranged to suit your needs.
You can be assured access to modern AV equipment, WiFi and white boards. We can provide refreshments from simple tea, coffee and biscuits, to sandwiches or a full buffet. Our chefs would be happy to discuss any catering requirements with you.
Please note that parking may be limited to ensure there is sufficient space for our patients and their visitors. Wherever possible, we would encourage you to car share.
We are able to offer the following discounts for bookings for our Education Suite. This discount applies to room bookings only and bookings must be guaranteed for a 12 month period.
- 50% for registered charities
- 20% for weekly bookings
- 10% for monthly bookings
If you would like to enquire about booking a room, please call our Reception on 876555, between 08.00 and 20.00. Once availability has been confirmed, please complete our booking form. Please ensure you have read our terms and conditions, before proceeding with the room booking. They include the conditions of room usage and our cancellation policy.
