Rose Naylor
Director of Palliative Care Services
Rose is a registered nurse and started her nursing career in London, 40 years ago.
During her career Rose has worked in a variety of healthcare settings both in the community and in the hospital setting. She developed a strong interest in palliative and end of life care during the time she spent nursing in Liverpool. She moved to Jersey in 2005 to work in the public sector in Health, where she stayed for 18 years as the Chief Nurse for Jersey.
It was at the start of her time in Jersey that she first became involved with Jersey Hospice Care as a Trustee, this involvement with Jersey Hospice Care continued throughout her professional career in Jersey before she joined the team as the Director of Palliative Care Services in 2024.Rose has a passion for delivering the best palliative and end of life care we can for islanders, through quality improvement, patient and family experience and delivering great care.
