Jersey Hospice Care takes home 1st place in the Ransoms All Island Garden Competition!
The Ransoms All Island Garden Competition is for owners of gardens Island-wide to show off their gardens at their best. There is a class for everyone, however big or small, manicured or wild their garden is.
Judging of the gardens and allotments happened over three days, where judges visited the gardens with the Horticultural Secretary on set days to give it a score compared to other gardens/allotments entered in the same class. The score is out of 100 and points are allocated for general appearance, cultivation, and layout.
Hospice took 1st place in the category: Gardens attached to a Care or Residential Home.
We're thrilled that our gardens have been recognised and awarded - and take great pride in providing a beautiful and peaceful outdoor space for our patients and visitors.
