We provide round the clock care on our In Patient Unit, where you can be looked after in a home away from home environment.
We aim to make it as simple as possible for healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to access our services.
All referrals must be made with the consent of the patient and agreement from their GP.

Our Education Team, supported by specialist clinical staff, provides an innovative planned programme of education, underpinned by the most current evidence in end of life care. All of our courses are run by expert clinicians who have been trained to teach in the subjects they deliver.
