We provide round the clock care on our In Patient Unit, where you can be looked after in a home away from home environment.

Jersey Hospice Care is the Controller in respect of your personal information, and is represented by the Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted by email. The information you provide in the application form will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018. We're looking for an exceptional Lead Pharmacist to help create and define Jersey’s first dedicated Palliative & End‑of‑Life Pharmacy service - a truly ground-breaking role jointly delivered by the Government of Jersey and Jersey Hospice Care.
As the island’s specialist lead for medicines in Palliative & End‑of‑Life care, you’ll be at the heart of a fully integrated health system where primary care, secondary care, community teams, hospice services and social care work seamlessly together. This unique connected model means your impact will reach far beyond a single organisation, you’ll shape medicines optimisation across the whole island, ensuring compassionate, consistent and uninterrupted care for people at the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, other healthcare professionals, and those using our services, you will champion excellence and compassion in every interaction. Jersey Hospice Care is looking for Bank Chefs to join the Kitchen Team on zero-hours contracts.
The postholder will assist the Head Chef and Chefs with all aspects relating to the efficient and effective catering operation at Jersey Hospice Care. They will also develop and deliver a food offering by providing a range of wholesome food that meet the patient needs, with special attention for highly vulnerable patients’ dietary requirements.
The ideal candidates will hold an NVQ 2 in food production and cooking or relevant catering qualifications, a current food hygiene certification minimum level 2 and have significant experience as a Chef or Sous chef.
