Heidi Gibaut

Heidi brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, with almost 20 years specialising in employment relations and leadership development as an Executive Director at Law At Work. Throughout her career, she has worked across both the public and private sectors, building a strong foundation in financial services before going on to shape and lead high-performing teams within professional services.
Heidi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has long been passionate about supporting people to grow in their careers. More recently, she has developed a strong focus on coaching and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
