Jersey Hospice Care is registered with the Association of Jersey Charities and the Jersey Financial Services Commission as a non profit organisation by definition of Article 1 of the Non-Profit Organisations (Jersey) Law 2008.
Jersey Hospice Care is the owner of the website. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and if we do so, we will post notice of the change by updating the text of this page.

Jersey Hospice Care website will only collect limited personal data that is relevant to the carrying out of the legitimate purposes and functions of the organisation.
We use your personal data to contact you with useful, relevant information regarding Jersey Hospice Care. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive further information from us.
From time to time, we may need to share your contact details with a mailing house, which may/may not be based in Jersey, to work on our behalf, eg e-newsletters, but we will ensure the agent will :
- only process and use the data transferred on the express instructions of Jersey Hospice Care, which will be in full compliance of the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005
- implement appropriate security measures to protect the information transferred.
Please note we process online payments through a secure payments provider and we do not have access to your credit card or payment details.

Which cookies we use

All employees and representatives are responsible for ensuring that all standard data care procedures are fully and conscientiously followed and to ensure they protect an individual’s data from any accidental disclosure.
Data no longer required for the legitimate purposes of Jersey Hospice Care will be regularly purged or retained in line with policy.
Any request for data based on a legal requirement eg from police or other bodies, must, where possible, be put in writing to the Chief Executive Office who will check the request against the requirements of the Law before the data is disclosed.
