The organisers are looking for teams and individuals to take part in the exciting downhill challenge.
There will be prizes available based on performance, clothing and vehicle theme, as well as the style of your run! All proceeds will be going to Jersey Hospice Care.
The practice runs start at 09:30 until 12:30, then the races start at 13:30. There are plenty of excellent spots for spectators, who, as well as watching the thrilling races, will be able to enjoy the delicious food stalls on site.
Pricing will be the same as last year:
- Corporate entry for a team of four plus 3m of banner space is £200
- Private entry per driver or passenger is £25
The races start at the top of the Glacis Field Road (in front of the old Fort Regent Swimming Pool) and travel onto the main hill past the Mount Bingham swings and a final run down past the States of Jersey Planning and Building Services office on South Hill.
We would encourage all teams taking part to be sponsored for the dare-devil antics on the day. If your team could raise just £340 that would pay for all our patients’ food for a day, providing them with healthy and nutritious meals, prepared by our chef.
