As this is now a Virtual run, you can run any 10k distance. If you would like to follow the original route you may do so:

FB Athletic Track, St Clement

The run starts on the main road at the entrance to the playing fields. You then turn left at the traffic lights then left again on to the coast road. Follow the coast road along past the Co-op at Pontiac.  Turn you left into Ruede Lourderie, follow the lane then  turn  left into Rue des Nouettes, follow the lane to the end where you will then turn left onto St Clement inner road and head back to  FB athletic track. Turn left into FB fields where you will continue running towards the running rack, you will then turn  right to run the last 150 m on the track.

There will be no marshals. Please ensure you follow the latest government advice regarding social distancing.

This is a great charity fundraiser and we would encourage you to take selfies and use social media to tell people about the run.

We encourage all our runners to get sponsored for taking part. If you raise just £85, this could pay for an initial assessment by Specialist Palliative Care nurse in a new patient’s home.
