It a run rather than a race, so all standards are very welcome – everyone who crosses the finish line will be rewarded with a medal and a T shirt.  There will be trophies for the first ten men and women to cross the line, as well as spot prizes.

FB Athletic Track, St Clement

The run starts on the main road at the entrance to the playing fields. You then turn left at the traffic lights then left again on to the coast road. Follow the coast road along past the Co-op at Pontiac. A marshal will turn you left into Ruede Lourderie, follow the lane then another marshal will turn you left into Rue des Nouettes, follow the lane to the next marshal where you will then turn left onto St Clement inner road and head back to  FB athletic track. A marshal will turn you left into FB fields where you will continue running towards the running rack, where a marshal will turn you right to run the last 150 m on the track.

Water will be available at the finish. We do encourage you to bring your own water bottle.

Parking is at Plat Douet Road entrance of FB Fields. A Marshal will direct you.

Run briefing at 8:45am and the run will start at 9am

Entries will be taken on the day, but we cannot guarantee your t shirt size.

This is a great charity fundraiser and we would encourage you to take selfies and use social media to tell people about the run. We will also take photos for publicity in which you are welcome to take part if you wish. These may be used for present or future promotion and marketing.

We encourage all our runners to get sponsored for taking part. If you raise just £85, this could pay for an initial assessment by Specialist Palliative Care nurse in a new patient’s home.
