Dying Matters Week

This year the theme is ‘Being in a good place to die’. This means physically, emotionally and with the right plan in place.
Thinking ahead about what you really want will not only ensure that your wishes are respected as far as possible, but that these decisions are bespoke to you and cover all your needs and priorities.
Starting a conversation may feel daunting at first, but two simple questions we can start with are ‘What’s important to me?’ and ‘What would I prefer not to happen if my life becomes limited?’
Place, people and plan are three pillars to help you start the conversation, so you and your loved ones can be #InAGoodPlace .
