When a single donation of £100 or more is made to Jersey Hospice Care by an individual or a company, we are able to reclaim the tax applicable to the donation.

If you are making a donation of £100 or more to Jersey Hospice Care (and you are a Jersey tax payer and have been for at least three years), then please download and complete the form below and return it to Fundraising at Clarkson House, Mont Cochon, St Helier, JE2 3JB. This will enable us reclaim the tax and increase your donation by 25%.
