Jersey Hospice Care is a specialist palliative nursing service which provides holistic care free of charge, for cancer and motor neurone disease patients. We recognise and respect that each person is unique and we aim to provide palliative care which meets their needs. Jersey Hospice Care is committed to providing a professional service of the highest standard to all those entrusted to our care within their homes, at the Day Hospice, in Clarkson House, and through the Bereavement Service.

We aim to enable all our patients to live the remainder of their lives to the full, to remain at home if they so wish, and to die with dignity.
